Mike came to us with previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management and General Management experience in various sectors. He has been with D.A.G Services since 2010 as Operations Manager and is responsible for developing and running the day to day operations of the business, with his main responsibilities being incoming works, engineer management, system management, SOP’s and quoting. Mike is your first port of call for all of our clients day to day needs.
Mike prides himself on his punctuality and presentation, which is an advantage in his front facing position within the company.
In his spare time Mike likes to keep fit and likes anything sport, particularly football related.
